Job Title Production Quality Assurance Associate About your role: As a Production Quality Assurance Associate at Fiserv, you will be trained to complete inspection tasks that ensure card production meets specifications and regulatory requirements. You will record findings, drive disposition actions, and support production quality control in a secure manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with quality management systems and internal audit procedures (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • 1+ years of experience documenting QA activities, maintaining tracking systems, and preparing non-conformance reports.
  • 2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in PC-based data entry and Microsoft Excel for production and inspection records.
  • 3+ years of quality assurance, inspection, or production experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with card personalization, lamination, embossing, and secure handling procedures.
  • Experience with value stream mapping and Lean process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Interpret, follow, and improve company quality assurance standards; develop or update production standards and testing protocols.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee in-process and final visual, dimensional, and technical inspections.
  • Maintain records and tracking systems for complaints and nonconformance; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Prepare non-conformance reports; track quality levels, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
  • Investigate product quality issues and ensure resolution per company and regulatory requirements; capture and document complaints.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet productivity, safety, quality, and Continuous Improvement goals.
