About The Position

Temp To Full-Time Production Operator This role is responsible for the final assembly, inspection, and packaging of products to ensure accurate, high-quality shipments. The position supports production and shipping operations by verifying components, preparing orders for delivery, and collaborating with team members to maintain efficiency and compliance. LOCATION : Beaverton, OR SALARY : $26/hr. Requirements

• 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis in a production or shipping environment
• Proficient in computer fundamentals, data entry, and basic math
• Strong written (accurate handwriting and typing) and verbal communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of shipping experience in a high-tech environment, including domestic and international shipping, export control regulations, and electrostatic sensitive device (ESD) procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform final mechanical assembly, cleaning, inspection, and preparation of products for shipment
• Assemble and package products, Kanban kits, and service parts in accordance with shipping requirements
• Verify shipment accuracy, ensuring all required accessories (manuals, software, hardware components, and cables) are included
• Collaborate with team members as needed and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure quality and efficiency
