About The Position

Ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term, stable employment. Location: Maryland Pay: Starting at $22.98 per hour Schedule: 12-hr 2,2,3 Shift 7am-7:15pm We are seeking an experienced and dependable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, can manage multiple machines at once, and takes pride in consistent, quality work. Prior production experience and a stable work history are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to multitask and manage several machines at once
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Frequent use of hands for trimming and operating hand tools
• Ability to use scissors and hand tools to perform minor repairs and adjustments
• Ability to safely operate machinery while maintaining focus and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a production or manufacturing operator preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery preferred
• Demonstrated reliability and stable work history preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple production machines simultaneously
• Tend machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform hand trimming using scissors and similar tools
• Use basic hand tools to complete minor mechanical adjustments and repairs
• Accurately complete production documentation and data entry
• Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment issues
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Adapt to changing production demands and priorities
• Work overtime as business needs require
