Esteves Group Decatur is seeking a full time Production Operator with benefits including insurance, vacation, holiday pay and 401K. Job Duties and Responsibilities To produce wire drawing dies in accordance with the job they are assigned and trained for. To keep focused on producing a quality product. To be conscientious of working safely and a concern for the safety of others. All other duties and tasks deemed necessary by the Operations Manager or supervisor. Handle small hand tools. Read and follow work orders. Qualifications Requires a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must be able to comprehend simple math calculations. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Must be able to work well within a team. Physical Requirements The physical requirements may include sitting, walking, standing for extended periods of time. Body movements of turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, flexing the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers. Requires the use of all senses. Need good vision and depth perception, as well as hand-eye coordination. Working Conditions 4- 10 hour days Monday thru Thursday with OT on Fridays if needed Climate controlled, clean friendly atmosphere Starting pay $15.75/hr Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills.
