A Day in the Life As a Production Operator, you are responsible to work with the team to start up, run, shutdown and maintain our labeling lines. Every day comes with challenges and opportunities for success as production is constantly evolving. It gives us a chance to bring our best level of performance and quality for our customers. Accountabilities Assist Lead Production Operator with startup procedures to prepare for production Prepare blank cans, labels, pallets and any other materials needed Run test cans to ensure specs are met Conduct quality control checks to ensure cans are consistently meeting specs Assist team in the completion of scheduled maintenance Support Warehouse team members in wrapping, banding, stacking, loading and removing pallets Report any mechanical or safety issues to Production Supervisor immediately Collaborate with team to complete production data sheet at the end of every shift Qualifications Detail oriented and inclined toward continuous improvement Able to effectively work through technical challenges with team members Able to carry up to 50lbs, stand for long periods of time as well as push and pull a loaded pallet jack What you can expect from us Because we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here. Requirements

Detail oriented and inclined toward continuous improvement
