Assist in maintenance of tooling and equipment Attention to detail, meeting and/or exceed quality standards in work Identify and solve production problems to improve process and product flow Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety Actively participate in team meetings and activities Value teamwork and demonstrate skills necessary to be an effective team member Flexible and creative with enthusiasm for change and high commitment level Required to learn and maintain multiple job certifications and perform a variety of tasks Self-motivated/high energy with passion for quality workmanship Good verbal and written communication skills Other duties as necessary Qualifying applicants will be required to successfully pass a phone interview, interview and additional pre-hire checks before hire. Starting Wage Per Hour: $22.85 $23.93 when working nights 6pm to 6am & weekends 6am to 6pm $25.01 when working weekends nights 6pm to 6am
