Role Overview The Production Operator performs manufacturing activities across multiple operational areas—including liquid blending, powder blending, food‑grade processing, repackaging, and warehouse functions. The role requires strong adherence to SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and ISO 9001 standards. Cross‑training, accuracy, and consistency are essential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a process‑driven or chemical environment.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and operate within defined procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to support continuous improvement and adapt to change.

Nice To Haves

  • Chemical blending or batch production experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or GMP manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with production planning or processing documentation.
  • Experience with ERP systems for data entry and label generation.
  • Forklift certification and/or forklift operating experience

Responsibilities

  • Blend liquid, powder, and food‑grade chemical products following established SOPs.
  • Repackage chemicals from totes/drums into pails, cases, or other approved containers.
  • Mix and package D‑Foam products.
  • Pull, stage, and load materials in accordance with SOP requirements.
  • Perform receiving activities, including bulk receiving, using documented procedures.
  • Enter production data, print labels, and complete required ERP system transactions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper batch posting and support of cycle counts.
  • Assist in production planning communication and workflow coordination.
  • Support ISO 9001 compliance through: Following documented procedures. Reporting procedural issues or deviations. Participating in updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
