About The Position

Job Summary: The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment, assembling and/or packaging products, and ensuring all production and quality standards are met. This role supports daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [50] lbs for extended periods
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature variations, and moving equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to work instructions and safety guidelines
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results accurately
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards)
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervision
• Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Meet productivity, efficiency, and attendance expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
