Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work both the Verona and Sarcoxie sites as needed.
Ability to stand for long periods and to climb stairs.
Ability to push, pull, and lift 55 lbs.
Ability to solve basic problems.
Ability to read, understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOP's).
A post-offer background check and drug screen is required.
Additional pre-employment requirements may be necessary based on position.

Nice To Haves

Related experience in Production is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble and process raw materials for production.
Operate equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot equipment and report any issues.
Correctly sample, package, seal, label, palletize and wrap products.
Enter data into computer system.
Operate a forklift.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures and maintain Food Safety Standards.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Ensure the quality of finished product meets specifications and is safe for our beloved pets.
Other duties as needed.
