Credit Karma is growing, and we’re looking for Production Operations Interns to support that growth as part of our Creative Ops team , with a focus on production operations. This internship is designed for students who are curious about how creative work really gets made - how ideas move from concept to execution, how teams collaborate at scale, and how strong operations enable great creative output. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the workflows, systems, and processes behind design, video, and social production within an in-house marketing organization. Along the way, you’ll see how strategy, collaboration, and operations come together to bring creative ideas to life. What You’ll Learn: During this internship, you’ll gain exposure to the full creative lifecycle and develop practical skills that translate directly to future roles in marketing, production, or creative operations. You’ll learn how to: Support a creative campaign from concept through final delivery Use workflow systems and operational tools to improve efficiency and visibility Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies Build confidence in creative communication, presentation, and strategic thinking through meetings and brainstorms Understand brand identity, brand voice, and storytelling through creative content Work with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including asset organization, metadata, versioning, and distribution Participate in real-world creative reviews, feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration
