Production Material Control Specialist – kdc/one Groveport Love details, systems, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a 1st shift Production Material Control Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving problems before they become problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• ERP experience (SAP is a big plus).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort working both at a computer and on the production/warehouse floor.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for production gatekeeping, making sure finished goods are scanned, documented, and ready for the warehouse.
• Catch and fix production and inventory issues before they reach Quality Systems (packed right the first time!).
• Work in SAP to keep inventory accurate and aligned with load logs.
• Coordinate rework and scrap activities, keeping everything organized and compliant.
• Help train teammates, create simple SOPs, and support continuous improvement across the floor.
• Partner with production, quality, and warehouse teams to keep things moving.
