About The Position

Revolution is seeking a Production Manager to lead operations at our Little Rock facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, develop supervisors, and drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence. This position plays a key role in advancing Revolution’s sustainability mission—transforming used plastics into high-quality recycled materials that reduce waste and support a more sustainable future. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic operations leader to make a meaningful impact while helping build a high-performing, safety-focused manufacturing team.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent in a Technical or Business discipline is required. Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Business discipline) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years plant operations experience in a small to medium facility with at least 70-100 employees.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills.
  • Proven leader with experience managing supervisors; Strong writing, computer and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with skills to balance multiple tasks and assignments at one time.
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement and lean methodology.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-10 years operations management experience in a small to medium plastic extrusion facility or equivalent experience leading teams focused on process improvement and troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Support and Leadership in the promotion, implementation, and improvement of all Safety policies, programs, and 5s initiatives to ensure the Health and Safety of all employees.
  • Demonstrate leadership to the production supervisors and ensure that all Shift and Line teams are operating efficiently and cohesively.
  • Ensure that the plant meets or exceeds key operating goals, i.e., safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Effectively manages labor and schedules to match production goals and customer service requirements.
  • Evaluate performance and oversee training and development for production employees.
  • Responsible for setting, monitoring, and troubleshooting process conditions to maximize product quality and machine throughput.
  • Engage employees and sponsor Lean Manufacturing practices focused on continuous improvement of operations and manufacturing standards.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of management on key issues.
  • Interact daily with cross-functional support groups (Scheduling, Human Resources, Logistics, Maintenance, and Engineering).
