We’re hiring a hands-on Production Manager. This is not a desk job — you will lead from the floor and work alongside the team.

- Sign manufacturing, aluminum, or fabrication experience
Responsibilities
- Run daily production and keep jobs on schedule
- Work in production (cutting, assembly, fabrication as needed)
- Lead, train, and hold team accountable
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
