About The Position
We’re hiring a Production Manager to lead daily painting operations for residential and commercial projects. This role oversees crews, schedules, quality, and customer experience from job start through completion.
Requirements
- Experience managing painting or construction production teams
- Strong scheduling, cost control, and quality management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and jobsite safety
- Excellent customer communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and manage painting crews
- Oversee production schedules, materials, and jobsite quality
- Ensure OSHA & EPA compliance and safe work practices
- Control labor and material costs; collect payments and handle admin tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
