This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing all 2nd shift operations, including:

Window fabrication & assembly
Glass operations
Materials & loading
Maintenance teams

You won’t be sitting behind a desk—you’ll be driving performance where it matters most.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• 2–3+ years leading teams in a Lean Manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to drive safety, performance, and accountability
• Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in structured methodologies
• Ability to lead from the floor—not just the office
• A coach, mentor, and motivator who builds high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Performance: Drive results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) with a continuous improvement mindset
• Champion Safety: Build and reinforce a culture where safety is non-negotiable
• Be Present on the Floor (Gemba): Observe, engage, and solve problems in real time
• Solve Problems That Matter: Use structured problem-solving (PDCA) to eliminate root causes—not just symptoms
• Develop People: Coach supervisors, team leads, and operators into stronger leaders
• Drive Lean Transformation: Embed Lean principles into everyday operations
• Own the Culture: Deliver clear communication, accountability, and alignment across departments
• Execute with Urgency: Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
