Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the management of hourly team members in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or five (5) years of directly related job experience combined with some formal training. Related formal training will be considered in lieu of degree requirements. Relative experience is acceptable in lieu of education.
• Ability to perform work while sitting, standing or walking a minimum of six (6) hours a day
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
