Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing or press operations
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Proficient computer skills & excellent communication
• Ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead Press Department operations ensuring compliance with safety, quality, GMP & SQF standards
• Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity
