About The Position

We are seeking a highly disciplined, hands-on Production Manager who knows how to run a tight ship. This is not a passive oversight role — we need a leader who is physically present on the floor, actively observing operations in real time, identifying inefficiencies, correcting mistakes immediately, and holding the team accountable at every level. The right candidate understands that standards mean nothing without enforcement. You must be confident setting clear expectations, addressing underperformance directly, and applying consistent consequences when procedures are not followed.

This role requires a decisive operator who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and maintains control through structure, discipline, and attention to detail. You will set the pace for the team, demand precision, enforce safety and quality standards without compromise, and ensure every task is completed correctly and on schedule. Excuses are not accepted — ownership and results are required.
