About The Position

Brand Creative + Content team needs production management support for high-volume creative projects across multiple mediums. This role is essential to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of projects developed by the Creative + Content teams.

Requirements

• Experienced in managing high volume of work with tight deadlines and budgets.
• Organized, taking initiative, ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise good judgement.
• Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a bachelor’s degree in video production, graphic design, advertising, or related field with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience in advertising, marketing and/or printing agency
• Creative project management/creative work experience required.
• Experience supporting creative teams (either agency or in-house teams)
• Experience heavily leaning towards design print.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between marketing, creative/design teams, and external vendors to translate creative concepts into executable print solutions.

• serve as a key liaison between creative teams (design, writing, photography, video), marketing, legal, finance, and external vendors to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards
• work closely with internal ALSAC operations, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compliance and cost control
• help mitigate delays, reduce operational bottlenecks, and maintain the high level of quality and timeliness required for brand initiatives
