The Production Manager reports directly to the studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste. Requirements

3+ years (5+ years preferred) of experience in large-format printing and production
Proficiency operating wide-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters
Strong understanding of color management and RIP software
Knowledge of vinyl, substrates, and finishing techniques
Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
