About The Position

Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a Production Lead to help coordinate daily packing line operations at our Gordonville production facility. This role supports the Packing Supervisor by helping organize workflow, guiding team members, and ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently. The Line Lead serves as a working leader on the production floor, helping maintain productivity, quality standards, and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting and guiding team members in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience helpful
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in refrigerated production environments
• Ability to perform repetitive packaging tasks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily packing line activities and workflow
• Support and guide Meat Packers and other packing team members
• Ensure packaging accuracy, labeling, and product quality
• Monitor production pace and communicate needs to the Packing Supervisor
• Assist with training new employees on packing procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with packaging tasks as needed
• Promote safe work practices on the production line
