About The Position

Lead a team of production operators and make sure that goals and metrics are met. Provide technical support to assigned areas with setup, troubleshooting, and manufacturing engineering support. Support the Production Supervisor and/Or Manager in Safety, Quality, and Floor supervision.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours in a shift
• Must have good mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 25lbs independently
• Must be able to operate a computer using email, reporting services, and ERP software
• Attention to detail
• Computer Skills
• People Leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety procedures are being met in the production area’s
• Direct team of production employees on the various manufacturing lines
• Monitor quality of the various production lines
• Work with Supervisor/Manager to improve efficiencies of production lines through lean initiatives
• Able to become proficient in all aspects of the manufacturing floor.
• Handle all necessary administrative tasks required for production lines
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as called out in work instructions
