Avery Dennison is looking for a Production Lead to join our Service Bureau team. In this role, you won't just run equipment; you will "own" your station and lead your teammates toward success. We are looking for a versatile "utility player" who is eager to learn multiple functions and ensure our facility's "circulatory system" keeps moving.

Requirements

Technical Aptitude: High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of related experience. You should be comfortable learning new software and operating complex machinery.
Agility: The ability to pivot quickly between tasks as production priorities shift.
Resilience: A focus on maintaining quality and a positive attitude during high-pressure shifts.
Physical Readiness: Comfort standing for long periods and lifting 25–50 lbs regularly.
Safety-First Mindset: A commitment to wearing PPE and following all safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.

Responsibilities

Lead by Example: Operate specialized equipment while providing guidance to associates and making key production decisions in the absence of a supervisor.
Ensure Precision: Monitor quality standards through regular sampling and checks to maintain a "zero-defect" mindset.
Solve Problems: Troubleshoot machine abnormalities and coordinate with service technicians to ensure operational uptime.
Manage Logistics: Use ERP systems to log data accurately and maintain neat, organized inventory levels in the warehouse.
Champion Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Customer Service and diverse production teams to meet urgent delivery changes and deadlines.
