About The Position

Maintains the cleanliness of the plant, outside parking lot and grounds around the building. Keeps the entire facility as lint free and clean as possible. Empties waste receptacles and recycles plastic bags in soil sort. Follows standard operating procedures. Must meet quality standards.

Requirements

Be on time
Have excellent attendance
Meet established cleaning procedures
Be able to work well with a diverse workforce
Possess and maintain a positive attitude
Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise
Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day
Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the entire plant inside and outside.
Maintain the cleanliness of the plant, outside parking lot and grounds around the building.
Keep the entire facility as lint free and clean as possible.
Empty waste receptacles and recycle plastic bags in soil sort.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Meet quality standards.
Follow all company safety rules
Follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies
Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit
