About The Position

The janitor assists in all phases of the plant cleaning process

Requirements

• Punctual and good attendance.
• Good communication, math, read and writing skills.
• Able to complete Quality, Safety training
• Able to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Quality, safety-minded, reliable, precise, and self-motivated.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs, twisting, turning, and bending.
• MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER

• Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize break rooms, including tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators, and floors.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility and replace liners as needed.
• Refill supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other consumables in restrooms and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in designated areas.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Cleaning departments such as; - RTE/RAW/CB/MAINTENANCE/WAREHOUSE/SUPPORT CENTER(SCHOOL)/QA LAB RESTROOMS/MAIN ENTRY WAY AND OUTSIDE AREAS/SUPPLIES
• Perform other duties as assigned.
