About The Position
Springfield ReManufacturing Corp. (SRC) is seeking a Production Disassembler to join their team. SRC originated in 1983 from a failing business at International Harvester, transformed by visionary leaders into a thriving co-owned community. As an SRC Production Disassembler, you will be crucial to the company's success, performing regular production tasks with precision. This involves disassembling engines and their components by following detailed written instructions and ensuring all parts meet rigorous visual and measurable standards for integration into the remanufacturing process. The role requires physical effort and hands-on work in a dynamic team environment, acknowledging that the workspace may involve oil and dirt, but fosters dedication and teamwork.
