At RectorSeal, we’re modernizing how a legacy manufacturing brand shows up in the market. With a growing portfolio across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical categories, our marketing team is scaling fast—and we’re looking for a Production Design Manager who can elevate our creative operations. What Success Looks Like In your first year, you’ll streamline our intake process, reduce turnaround times, elevate team skill levels, and help build a scalable production design function that grows with the business.

Requirements

BA in Graphic Design or related field
5–7 years of design experience, including leadership
A background in B2B manufacturing or technical product environments
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and production design best practices
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency
Experience managing distributed teams and navigating time zone differences
The ability to juggle 15–20+ concurrent projects without sacrificing quality

Responsibilities

A distributed team of five production designers (US + Vietnam)
A high-volume workflow supporting product marketing, events, and brand initiatives
Quality control across all production design output
Process improvements, template systems, and AI-assisted efficiencies
