Requirements

Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a production, manufacturing, or construction field is desirable
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology or engineering highly preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and track the progress of production tasks, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or delays.
Maintain accurate records of production materials, inventory, and resources.
Create and manage production schedules, taking into consideration production capacity, resource availability, and customer demand.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources required for production.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate rush orders or changes in production priorities.
Maintain accurate records of production data including production reports, inventory levels, and quality control documentation.
Generate regular reports to provide insights into production performance and areas for improvement.
