Specific Responsibilities Would Include The Production Coordinator contributes to the seasonal production process by coordinating with the placement, execution, and follow-up of manufacturing orders and by ensuring the timely delivery of quality, profitable goods.

Responsibilities

Ultimately responsible for delivery on time to warehouse against target customer starship.
Partner with Design to ensure timely execution of product development calendar.
Perform daily tracking of goods on order, in progress (WIP) and in-transit to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar.
Partner with merchandisers to confirm accuracy of size breaks, tickets, and item information for specific customers.
Follow up, log, pass, all proto and salesman samples from overseas offices and distributing to internal parties.
Track all Pre-Production phases including design hand over, fit Samples, PP Samples deadlines and TOPs.
Manage and maintain Pre-Production WIP report by ensuring all vendors are sending weekly - daily communication with factories and internal parties to ensure all T&A calendars are updated and met.
Close monitoring of fit approval dates and documenting all potential delivery risks.
Maintaining folders to keep track of vendor bulk production submissions including, but not limited to: Strike Offs, Bulk Fabric, Lab Dips, Skins.
Maintain production orders and monitor transmission to factories; coordinate records of purchase orders (POs).
Maintain fabric/trim library in partnership with Design; maintain product development logs, and production archives.
Identify and raise quality and technical issues with factories, mills, vendors and team(s).
Perform special projects as assigned.
Partner with cross-functional teams in Design, Tech, PD, Sales, and with our factories to ensure on time flow of goods relative to orders and anticipated demand criteria.
Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary.
Build collaborative relationships, coordinate interoffice communication and follow-up with internal teams and external vendors.
