Job Summary: The Production Coordinator is responsible for preparing production job packets and supporting ERP data entry and job maintenance activities. This role coordinates and prints the documentation required for shop floor job packets, assists with ERP job setup, and helps maintain accurate job records within the ERP system. The Production Coordinator works closely with planning, engineering, programming, and production to support the preparation and release of jobs so they can move efficiently through fabrication and assembly in alignment with production schedules established by the planning team. This is a full-time, hourly position. Typical working hours will be Monday – Friday with hours ranging from 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. based on the candidates preferred working hours. ?Overtime may be available. ?
