About The Position

Primary Responsibilities: Train, develop, and recruit volunteers to lead and participate in worship by using their gifts through audio, video, and lighting. Responsible for executing assigned AVL positions during Gatherings. Be primary staff oversight for production volunteers at our Fuse gatherings. Submit AVL tickets for broken gear or requesting new AVL gear. Assist in maintaining the Audio/Video/Lighting Equipment which includes cleanliness of all AVL spaces. Adhere to the Support Production policies and standards. Assist in Scheduling AVL positions, especially for Fuse Gatherings. Recruit, develop, and lead volunteers in skill and their walk with Jesus. Work alongside the Production Staff and Worship Leader to maintain a healthy team culture. Give and receive feedback to/from the Production Support Center team. Be a primary champion of prayer at the campus. Additional projects and/or assignments given by supervisor. Role Requirements: This role is part time 25 hours per week. The schedule for this role is flexible depending on the week and needs, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs.
