Your Role: As Production Controller, you will act as the financial partner for Electronics production sites in the US (Carlsbad and Sheboygan), collaborating closely with site leadership to enhance financial efficiency and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will serve as the primary contact for finance topics, supporting and coaching the site team on financials and KPIs while guiding them through financial management processes in collaboration with local finance and shared service organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee month-end closing, monitoring financial data related to manufacturing processes, product costing, and variance analysis, while delivering actionable insights to site management in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Implement digital solutions to enhance financial performance and operational leverage, partnering with the site director to identify and execute initiatives that help achieve and exceed financial targets.
  • Support CAPEX initiatives to address ongoing business needs and ensure agility in managing changing manufacturing volumes.
  • Shape the financial cost structure of the sites to prepare for future growth and fluctuations in demand, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions focused on financial performance.
  • Evaluate and advise on key investment decisions that support the long-term product portfolio and supply network strategy, while maintaining controls on plant processes and actively participating in business planning activities to develop forecasts and performance metrics.
