About The Position

As a Production Controller, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure manufacturing schedules are met efficiently and on time. You will play a critical role in monitoring workflows, material availability, and production floor execution while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your efforts will directly support smooth operations, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across manufacturing.

Requirements

Experience in production planning, scheduling, or production control within a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments
Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving production issues
Fluency in ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and material management
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Plan, release, and maintain production schedules to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines
Monitor production workflows and material flow on the production floor to ensure alignment with plans
Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to resolve scheduling or material constraints
Track production progress and identify risks or bottlenecks impacting output
Use ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, inventory status, and production data
Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and issues clearly to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
