Lockheed Martin’s Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program in Silverdale, WA has an amazing opportunity for a Production Controller and Assistant Building Group Lead. In this dynamic role you will train in the duties and responsibilities of production control, planning and scheduling in support equipment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Provide inputs to the production schedules, plans and forecasts as knowledge of production status develops. Identify any bottlenecks in the production flow and ensure the necessary labor, material, or support is applied to relieve the bottleneck. Monitor the status of equipment and open/close service forms and job request upon completion using Item Maintenance Assistance Program (IMAP). Coordinate, monitor and track Industrial Support Requirements Plan (ISRP) tasked items to ensure timely completion. Utilizing the Automated Move Ordering System (AMOS) record support equipment that is moved back and forth to production buildings. Support and assist Building Group Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to schedule with multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Ability in dealing with a wide array of diverse customers and situations
  • Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills
  • You will need to be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance to support this government contract. No clearance is required to apply. An interim Secret clearance is required prior to start.

  • Experience with database management such as: SAP or Item Maintenance Assistance Program (IMAP)
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Efficient time management skills, able to work independent with little to no supervision
