About The Position

Our Sunnyvale, CA Lab is looking for a detail-oriented Production Control coordinator to provide administrative support to the Microscopy Advanced Imaging group and our team of scientists to reliably deliver timely client data. This role is located in Sunnyvale, CA. While we are unable to provide relocation assistance, we encourage local candidates to apply.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge of inventory and materials management.
Understanding of lead times, capacity, and resource allocation.
Work independently under time constraints and ability to handle a multitude of tasks efficiently.
Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google docs.
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Administrative support to the scientists, engineers and their clients.
Log and track receipt and shipment of all samples.
Quickly identify and resolve production bottlenecks or delays.
Label and store samples in accordance with documented procedures.
Support multiple departments and sites in a multi-functional fast-paced environment.
May perform courier duties as necessary to support lab and client needs.
