About The Position
Essential Functions Transferring of scales from Q.C. lab Set up weights before production shift Checking weights while line is running Completing Weight Control Form and/or entering weight control data into tablet computer Completing/Reviewing Weight Control Chart Data and notifying production when out of limits Label verification and packaging integrity checks Product temperature monitoring and thermometer calibrations Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (line cleanliness), compliance monitoring and reporting
Requirements
- Able to follow verbal instructions from Supervisor
- Handle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills and attention to diminutive details
- Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures
Nice To Haves
- Previous QA experience in a food manufacturing environment a plus but not required
