About The Position

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the forecasting system translating sales data to plant operational data. Support the budgeting process through forecasting and analysis. Responsible for the Customer Integrated Planning system and resource requirements against available capacity. Develop and communicate support of delivery, inventory, and schedules. Assure accurate and timely communication with internal and external customers. Participate in the coordination and release of new products. Facilitate cross-function meetings. Support and work with supervisors and managers to determine capabilities and communicate them to the rest of the team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Technical Competencies: Knowledge with manufacturing/financial system applications. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems. Non-Technical Competencies: Leadership (team development, organizational awareness). Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, customer orientation). Communication (verbal communication, listening, written communication). Judgment and thinking (strategic thinking, original thinking, judgment and decision-making, problem solving). Performance skills (accuracy with detail, planning and efficiency). Personal characteristics (motivation/commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, quality orientation).

Requirements
