About The Position

This is a hands-on role focused on precision and quality within the manufacturing environment. The Production Associate will be cross-trained in both the Tube Cutoff and Auto TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding departments, becoming a versatile member of the team. The position supports individuals looking to start or grow their manufacturing careers.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift and bend up to 70 lbs
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Comfort reading work instructions and labels in English
• Ability to use a tape measure and complete basic math (add/subtract)
• Must have neat/readable hand writing

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in both the Tube Cutoff and Auto TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding departments while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Interpret work orders and execute production tasks with accuracy
• Operate hand tools and machinery with precision
• Manage daily workload to meet production goals
• Keep safety top of mind while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with your team while staying on top of individual responsibilities
