We are looking for a Production Assembler - Connector to help assemble small, medium, and large electric motor and rotor components used across a range of industries. You’ll rotate through workstations within a collaborative work cell, producing high-quality parts that meet exact customer and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
  • Comfort using hand tools and working with small components
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ months in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Experience with soldering, wiring, or electrical components
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (J-STD-001, J-STD-001ES, IPC-A-610) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire motor and rotor components following detailed work instructions
  • Insert, strip, connect, insulate, shape, and lace copper wire coils to specification
  • Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and magnification tools to meet tight tolerances
  • Perform continuous visual inspections to ensure product quality and integrity
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area while following PPE and FOD requirements
  • Use basic computer systems to support inventory checks, documentation, and change requests
  • Collaborate with teammates and engineers to support continuous improvement
