About The Position

As a Production Analyst you will utilize your experience with Full Motion Video and imagery exploitation (ISR Exploitation) to support federal programs. Responsibilities Demonstrated experience supporting federal client’s artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, including efforts aligned with organizations and programs such as Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Project Maven, or other federal AI-enabled operational, analytical, or research programs. Understanding of federal client’s AI adoption pathways, operational experimentation, and the transition of analytical and AI-enabled capabilities into mission use. Full Motion Video and ISR Exploitation with proven proficiency in the exploitation, analysis, and interpretation of Full Motion Video (FMV) and imagery from multiple Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms and modalities. Demonstrated experience exploiting EO, IR, SAR, and ISAR data sources, including multi-sensor analysis, temporal analysis, and pattern-of-life development. Ability to extract mission-relevant insights from large-scale FMV and imagery datasets to support operational, analytical, and AI/ML objectives. Data Engineering and Training Data Enablement Experience supporting data engineering workflows associated with FMV and imagery exploitation, including data ingestion, normalization, transformation, tagging, labeling, and quality control. Demonstrated ability to learn, operate, and continuously improve a suite of software tools used to triage data and generate high-quality training datasets for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. Ability to collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and analysts to ensure data pipelines and training datasets meet operational and algorithmic requirements. Ability to obtain appropriate credentials to perform data transfers. Technical Writing and Publications Desired experience authoring and contributing to written products for federal clients, including technical papers, analytical reports, white papers, concept documents, and briefings. Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical methods, AI/ML workflows, and findings to technical, operational, and senior leadership audiences. Tool Suites and Classified Environments Proficiency using analytic, exploitation, and data-processing tool suites across multiple classification levels. Experience operating in secure and compartmented environments while maintaining data integrity, auditability, and compliance with classification and handling requirements. Ability to adapt software tools and analytical workflows to classification constraints and mission needs.
