IMPORTANT INFORMATION Working Condition: Remote > This position can be fully remote with some requirements for in-person work. This position is permanent, full time, and represented by SEIU. WHAT YOU WILL DO The primary purpose of this position is to make decisions which provide for the effective use of loan funding, and grant and tax credit resources for the development of affordable multi-family rental housing while protecting OHCS from financial and legal risk regarding grant and tax credit funds. At the same time, work as a funding partner in cooperation with a project sponsor and/or development team to successfully develop, construct and maintain an affordable housing project. This position contributes to the creation and preservation of affordable housing by allocating, controlling, and disbursing funds from state and federal programs.
