JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for representing service and parts for the Heavy Equipment division in a defined geographic territory to sell those products. As part of a sales team, the PSSR shares the responsibility with other members of the team to act in a manner that ensures the continued stability and growth of all members of the team, rather than only his/her territory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five to seven years of construction equipment knowledge or related sales experience.
• Territory knowledge preferred.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Sustained high energy level.
• Practical time management skills.
• Sales results-oriented
• Strong negotiating skills.
• High mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Professional image and demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or related CAT experience).
