Product Support Sales Rep - Crushing

About The Position

ICM Solutions, a leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our growing team in Southern Utah. The PSSR is a key member of the Sales team, elevating our customers' experience and driving their ROI to ensure customers' operational success and ICM's financial objectives. The PSSR will work with our customers as a consultant in the areas of technical support and product management to ensure the best rate of return on their crushing, screening, conveying, and washing equipment investments.

Requirements

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity w/CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their objectives.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and time frame.
  • Coordinate sales effort with internal team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and deliver status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Travel (daily and overnight as needed) to build and maintain customer relationships and provide on-site support to operations.
