Product Support Representatives (PSRs) are key players in maintaining customer relationships, managing service expectations, and identifying growth opportunities. The PSR position involves working closely with customers, managers, parts personnel, sales teams, technicians, and rental departments to ensure that all service requirements are met, and that customer satisfaction is maintained. You will sell MLEC products and services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects within your assigned territory. This position requires a broad knowledge of the organization’s services, products and marketing techniques. Responsible for securing an assigned amount of profitable business for the company through proper planning, adequate territorial coverage, effective sales presentations and thorough administration. THIS IS A SALES BASED POSITION AND WILL EARN A FIRST YEAR GUARANTEE OF $85,000. THIS POSITION ALSO QUALIFIES FOR COMMISSION AND HAS EARNING POTENTIAL TO EXCEED THE BASE GUARANTEE
