About The Position

As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver.
  • Finance or Technology degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of FIS products a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as complex financial calculations, processing market transactions, file interface automations, and data reconciliations.
  • Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems with software applications/environments and recommend corrective action.
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
  • Combine your business, technology and product training to be able to understand all facets of the software, the business plan and the client requirements.
