About The Position

Product Support Analyst The Opportunity: From both a personnel and systems perspective, the U.S. Navy is growing fast. As a Product Support Analyst, you play an integral role in the foundational work required to provide our Navy clients with big-picture strategic ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions that will help to propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance. You will be part of a dynamic team, tasked with projects that involve analytical solutions for the implementation of modernization and logistics plans that affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow and improve use while delivering end-to-end integrated warfighting capabilities. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. You thrive on supporting a winning team and are eager to develop your acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise. You have a direct finger on the pulse of the policies, guidelines, and procedures required to ensure quality and cost control across a Navy major program office which provides fleet readiness and sustainment support for the combat system elements onboard in-service cutters, including legacy cutters and 105 new acquisition cutters. What You’ll Do: Align Navy acquisition Programs of Record. Utilize existing Navy equipment and weapons contracts. Combine maritime procurements for Economic Order of Quantity (EOQ). Assist the Navy in meeting minimum quantity procurements. Procure Navy Type or Navy Owned equipment and weapons to minimize Navy impact to acquisitions and construction schedules that provide equipment to fulfill Naval Operational Capabilities. Join us. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with product support management functions, including acquisition support, supply support and outfitting, maintenance and readiness support, life cycle solutions, and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) program management and analysis
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD logistics as active duty and NAVSEA Program Office support
  • Experience with program management of major ACAT programs
  • Experience with the PPBE cycle
  • Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) or Coast Guard Modernization Process
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree
  • PMP or DAWIA Level II or III Certification or similar
