We are looking for a Digital Product Strategy Advisor to join our Consumer Growth organization. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, or a closely related role.
  • Experience owning product delivery while contributing to discovery and product strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and prioritize work.
  • Comfort working in complex, ambiguous environments and partnering across disciplines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting consumer digital health journeys such as Find Care, provider search, care navigation, or cost transparency.
  • Experience working across shared platforms or multi‑journey ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, iterative delivery, and outcome measurement.

  • Own and deliver digital products or journeys that measurably improve how members find care, navigate options, and make informed decisions.
  • Define what success looks like by shaping clear outcomes, metrics, and learning goals.
  • Connect strategy to execution
  • Translate Consumer Growth priorities into actionable product direction, roadmaps, and day‑to‑day delivery decisions.
  • Balance long‑term vision with near‑term execution to create steady, sustainable progress.
  • Lead discovery and learning
  • Partner with design, research, and analytics to uncover unmet member needs and validate opportunities.
  • Use experimentation, testing, and data to reduce risk and improve product decisions.
  • Enable strong delivery
  • Translate insights into clear product hypotheses, features, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, reusable solutions using agile and dual‑track practices.
  • Champion the member experience
  • Advocate for user needs in every decision, grounding solutions in real member insight.
  • Balance user value, business goals, and technical constraints with strong product judgment.
  • Strengthen product practice
  • Model outcome‑focused product thinking and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
