You’ll: Build genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and preferences Educate customers on Mazda vehicles, features, and technology Guide buyers through the selection and purchase process Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty Work closely with the service team to provide a seamless ownership experience

Requirements

Prior automotive sales experience preferred (Mazda experience a plus)
Strong track record of performance and customer satisfaction
Self-motivated with a driven, positive attitude
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
