As a Product Speicalist, youâll be the go-to sales and service contact for customers and trade partners interested in our furniture and collections, turning inquiries into confident purchases through expert, design-forward guidance. In this role, youâll manage inbound and outbound touchpoints, support custom and project-based needs, collaborate with marketing and operations, and use CRM tools to nurture relationships, drive repeat business, and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience. This position will report into the Customer Service Lead.
