We are now seeking a Product Specialist who will play a critical role at the intersection of engineering, customers, and the global marketplace. Your Mission As a Product Specialist, you become the technical and strategic backbone for your assigned product models—ensuring they perform, deliver value, and evolve with the needs of the mining industry. You will bridge engineering and commercial teams while representing the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. What You Will Do Product Lifecycle Leadership Drive product improvements, feature enhancements, and quality resolutions through the Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) process Maintain accurate product configurations (eBOM) and partner with engineering to execute aligned product priorities Support manufacturing and sales teams with technical clarity to ensure correct build and delivery Market & Customer Insight Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation Conduct field visits to global mine sites to observe real‑world use cases and strengthen product–market fit Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and development Product Profitability & Performance Monitor product cost structures and align with financial targets Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to influence cost‑optimization activities Provide analysis that supports the long‑term health and competitiveness of the product portfolio Strategic Product Support Contribute data‑driven insights to product roadmaps in partnership with Product Manager(s) Clearly articulate the “why” and “what” of product direction through strong analytical and communication skills What Success Looks Like Well‑executed product improvements aligned with customer needs Accurate and reliable configurations supporting sales and manufacturing Meaningful market insights leading to stronger product positioning Improved product profitability and lifecycle performance Trusted cross‑functional relationships across engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain Your Profile MUST be authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship 5+ years in product support, product management, engineering, or technical sales within the heavy equipment, off‑highway machinery, or mining equipment industries Experience managing or supporting product lifecycle activities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Management, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus) Skilled with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Teamcenter, NX, or similar platforms Ability to travel internationally to mine sites (~20%) If your experience differs slightly but you believe you bring value to this role, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • MUST be authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
  • 5+ years in product support, product management, engineering, or technical sales within the heavy equipment, off‑highway machinery, or mining equipment industries
  • Experience managing or supporting product lifecycle activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Management, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus)
  • Skilled with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Teamcenter, NX, or similar platforms
  • Ability to travel internationally to mine sites (~20%)

Responsibilities
